Day 1:
Arival at Srinagar . Take rest. Srinagar is one of several places that have been called the "Venice of the East" or the "Kashmiri Venice"Lakes around the city include Dal Lake – noted for its houseboats – and Nigeen Lake. Apart from Dal lake and Nigeen lake city is also famous for wular lake and manasbal lake to the north of srinagar. Wularlake is one of the largest fresh water lakes in Asia. Go for local sightseeing back to hotel , dinner overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2:
Morning breakfast then go for local sightseeing in shrinagar back to hotel dinner overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3:
Early morning breakfast then depart for gulmarg. Check in hotel then go for sightseeing .Gulmarg is the "heartland of winter sports in India" and was rated as Asia's seventh best ski destination. Back to hotel dinner overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4:
Early morning breakfast then go for sightseeing in gulmarg back hotel dinner overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5:
Early morning breakfast then depart for pahalgam.This world famous hill station is 45 km. from the District Headquarters at Anantnag and located on the banks of LidderRiver .Pahalgam is one among the five tehsils of Anantnag district and tehsil headquarters are located in the main town of Pahalgam. It was once a tourist attraction and a favourite place for shooting of Bollywood films. back to hotel have dinner overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6:
Morning breakfast then checkout. Drop at Srinagar airport.
TOUR INCLUDES:-
➢ Accommodation in three star hotels on quad or triple sharing basis.
➢ Meal plan: All meals on American Plan (AP).
TOUR EXCLUDES:-
➢ Cost of Emergency.
➢ Bottled water.
➢ Any personal expense.
THINGS TO CARRY:-
➢ Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, room heaters. Mineral/Soft/Hard drinks.
➢ Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
➢ Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees.
➢ Any cost arising due to natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
➢ Anything which is not mentioned in the inclusion.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:-
➢If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the company within a specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges stated hereunder.
➢Cancellation charges will be calculated on Total Tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure & the date of cancellation.
➢ Cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
➢ Air ticket issued on special fare are non-refundable and the guest shall bear cancellation charges.
➢ Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund which is to be paid to the guest.
➢ Booking amount is Strictly non-refundable. 60 and more days prior to the departure: 25% of the tour cost is deducted. 31 days to 60 days prior to the departure: 50% of the tour cost is deducted. 16 days to 30 days prior to departure tour: 75% of the tour cost is deducted. 15 days prior to the departure: 100% deduction will be done.
CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:-
➢ The Company reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary in case of force majeure conditions. Changes shall be informed to the guests as soon as possible. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest.
➢ The Company reserves the right to change (addition/deletion on exchange) sightseeing places for betterment of the tour programme.
➢ If sightseeing timings aren't adhered to, or if an any add-ons are required then the same will be borne by the guests.
➢ Sightseeing days and closing of a particular sightseeing place are not in our hand, but we try our level best to cover all the sightseeing listed in the tour program. Sightseeing of adventurous types is totally dependent on weather.
