Day 1:
The entire student requested to assemble at Bandra Terminus sharp at 10.00 A.M. To board the train Paschim Express (12925) for Amritsar at 12 P.M.
Day 2:
Evening we reach Amritsar at 7:30 P.M. then board the bus towards Hotel we check into the hotel, get refresh our self Dinner and overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 3:
We check out the hotel, after wholesome Indian breakfast we move to Golden Temple, back to hotel for lunch and then proceed to Wagha Border after Dinner Proceed to Chandigarh (Overnight Journey in Bus )
Day 4:
check into Hotel , Refresh & Relax , B/fast in Hotel , After Lunch visit Chandigarh sightseeing , Sukhna Lake , Rock Graden , Rose Garden , Pinjore Garden , back to Hotel , Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 5:
check out hotel finish our breakfast and proceed to Shimla, Visit Kufri , Green Valley , Indira tourist Park , Check into hotel , Lunch in Hotel , Evening Visit Mall Road , Lakkar Bazaar , Christ Church , back to hotel Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 6:
Early morning we finish our breakfast checkout from hotel drive to Manali , on the way Sundarnagar lake , Pandoh Dam , Lunch in Route , Hanogi Mata Temple , Kullu ,arrival at Manali , check into hotel , Dinner & Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 7:
Morning after B/fast visit Hadimba Devi Temple , Ghatochkach Temple , Club House , Vashisht Temple , back to hotel , for Lunch , Evening visit Mall Road , Back to hotel , Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 8:
Early morning check out the hotel and finish our breakfast and visit Solang Valley , up to snow line , here you can do adventures activities , skiing , horse riding , Paragliding , Baloon Riding , after Lunch proceed to kullu, after en route lunch visit small shawl factory, en route dinner and proceed to Chandigarh, overnight journey.
Day 9:
This morning we move towards Chandigarh Railway station to board the train Paschim Express at 11: 00 A.M.
Day 10:
Arriving Mumbai at 2.45: P.M
TOUR INCLUDES:-
➢ Accommodation in three star hotels on quad or triple sharing basis.
➢ Meal plan: All meals on American Plan (AP).
TOUR EXCLUDES:-
➢ Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, room heaters.
Mineral/Soft/Hard drinks.
➢ Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the
itinerary.
➢ Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees.
➢ Any cost arising due to natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, political
disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
➢ Anything which is not mentioned in the inclusion.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:-
➢If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the company within a specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges stated hereunder.
➢Cancellation charges will be calculated on Total Tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure & the date of cancellation.
➢ Cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
➢ Air ticket issued on special fare are non-refundable and the guest shall bear cancellation charges.
➢ Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund which is to be paid to the guest.
➢ Booking amount is Strictly non-refundable. 60 and more days prior to the departure: 25% of the tour cost is deducted. 31 days to 60 days prior to the departure: 50% of the tour cost is deducted. 16 days to 30 days prior to departure tour: 75% of the tour cost is deducted. 15 days prior to the departure: 100% deduction will be done.
CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY:-
➢ The Company reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary in case of force majeure conditions. Changes shall be informed to the guests as soon as possible. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest.
➢ The Company reserves the right to change (addition/deletion on exchange) sightseeing places for betterment of the tour programme.
➢ If sightseeing timings aren't adhered to, or if an any add-ons are required then the same will be borne by the guests.
➢ Sightseeing days and closing of a particular sightseeing place are not in our hand, but we try our level best to cover all the sightseeing listed in the tour program. Sightseeing of adventurous types is totally dependent on weather.
